Using Koshi Chimes to Relieve Stress

In this article, I’d like to talk about how you can create an environment that helps you get through stress. I’m going to introduce you to a new metaphysical tool and a new form of chimes that you might want to know about. First and foremost, in your home, it’s always great to have crystals, especially amethyst. It is one of the most serene stones that you can have in your home. Many people put large specimens of amethyst in their entryways because when people walk in, they feel welcome, they feel loved, and they feel at peace. 

Another way to reduce stress in your home is to have plants. Plants have energy. Plants can also bring this really wonderful being and feeling of nature. Plants also dress up a room, but most importantly, I personally like to talk to my plants because I’ve found that if I talk to my plants, they seem a lot happier and they seem to grow even more. It’s just the spiritual way!

Now let me introduce you to Koshi Chimes. They are actual instruments, they are tuned to give a beautiful sound. And they’re used often in meditations and also in sound baths. Koshi Chimes are used in all kinds of meditations, and I personally use them in my Message Circles. For example, before I start my Message Circle, I take two Koshi Chimes and I ring them around all of my participants and it brings a sense of peace. It brings a feeling of being in the heavens. This to me is the music of the heavens.

Because the chimes give me the impression that I have beautiful angels all around me. There’s nothing more peaceful than a slight, beautiful chime that’s just sort of touching your energy and giving you that feeling of being peaceful at the moment. I like Koshi Chimes because they also help us go deeper within and tap more into our spiritual selves.
